Company registration in Slovenia

A d.o.o. is entered in the court register on an application prepared free of charge at a SPOT point, where every founder and representative signs in person on the same day; the court usually decides within about four days. Foreign founders must first obtain a Slovenian tax number and pay in the full €7,500 capital, and the property owner's certified consent for the address is mandatory.
