How we check the data
Every requirement on this site comes from the registry, tax authority or free-zone authority itself, and carries the date we checked it.
Our method
We read official pages — company registries, tax authorities, free-zone authorities — and record the fact, the source and the date.
Where two official pages disagree, we show both and say so.
We review all data every quarter and update pages when a registry changes its rules or fees.
Government fees are shown as published. Agent, address and professional fees vary and are not included.
What we are not
We are not a law firm, tax adviser or company-formation agent, and we do not file anything for you. We do not advise on avoiding tax or disclosure: every jurisdiction here has beneficial-ownership and reporting rules, and we describe them as they are.
How we earn money
Some providers pay us when a founder we introduce becomes their client, and some pages show a clearly marked partner link. This never changes the data in the comparison.
