What the site is

An information service that compares company-registration requirements published by official registries and tax authorities, and introduces founders to licensed company-formation providers. We are not a law firm, tax adviser, notary or registered agent, and we do not file documents with any registry.

No advice, no guarantee

Content is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice, and does not create a client relationship. Requirements, fees and timelines change; each page shows the date we checked its sources, but you must confirm the current rules with the registry or a licensed provider before acting. We do not guarantee that any registry will accept an application.

Introductions and partners

If you send a request, we pass it — with your consent — to one licensed provider, who contracts with you directly under its own terms. Some links are marked as partner links; the partner may pay us a fee, which never changes the information we publish.

Lawful use

The service may not be used to evade taxes, sanctions, beneficial-ownership disclosure or any other legal duty. We may decline to forward any request at our discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, Fiato Trade Ltd. is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information published here. These terms are governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
