Company registration in Mauritius

A Mauritian domestic company is incorporated free of charge by filing Form 1 with director, secretary and shareholder consents, either online through the MNS portal or at the Registrar, and the certificate is issued electronically. The one rule foreign founders cannot design around is the resident director: the company must always have at least one director living in Mauritius.
