Company registration in Bahrain

A Bahraini WLL is registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce through Sijilat: the founder submits the online application, obtains municipal site approval and any activity licences, and has the memorandum of association notarised by ministry notary staff. Foreign founders trip on the security check that routes non-GCC, non-US investors to the Ministry of Interior and on activities that Bahraini law reserves for nationals.
