Company registration in Vietnam

A foreign-owned Vietnamese LLC is set up in two stages: an Investment Registration Certificate for the project, then enterprise registration with the provincial Business Registration Office through the national portal, which issues the certificate within three working days of a valid file. Foreign founders trip on sequencing—filing the enterprise registration before the investment certificate—and on the separate licence-fee and reporting duties.
