Company registration in Ukraine

A TOV is created by entry in the Unified State Register, free of charge, within 24 hours of a complete application. Ukrainian citizens can do it in minutes on Diia with the model charter; a foreign founder applies at a CNAP centre or through a notary with notarised passport copies. The rule that surprises foreigners is the employment permit the company must obtain for a foreign director or founder.
