Company registration in Taiwan

A foreign founder reserves a Chinese company name with the MOEA, applies to the Department of Investment Review for foreign-investment approval, remits the capital after approval, has a CPA verify it, then registers the limited company with the MOEA or municipal authority and registers for tax. Directors may all live abroad. The step founders skip is the investment approval, which must come before registration.
