Company registration in Ecuador

An Ecuadorian S.A.S. is constituted entirely online with the Superintendencia de Compañías: the founders complete the questionnaire, upload the private constitutive contract and appointments, sign them with electronic signatures and receive the registration by e-mail at no cost. Foreign founders trip on the signature: every shareholder and representative needs an Ecuadorian electronic-signature certificate in file format, and the RUC must be requested from the SRI within 30 days.
