Company registration in Argentina

An Argentine S.A.S. is constituted online through the TAD platform of the IGJ using the model statute; the system generates the CUIT, the official-gazette notice and the registration certificate, and IGJ targets 72 hours. Foreign founders trip on identification and residency: every partner must hold a CUIT, CUIL or CDI before filing, and at least one administrator must have real domicile in Argentina.
