Company registration in Chile

A Chilean SpA is constituted on the free 'Tu Empresa en un Día' portal of the Ministerio de Economía, where the partners complete the standard form and sign it electronically or before a notary. Foreign founders trip on identity: each partner first needs a foreign-investor RUT from the SII, signing from abroad requires a Clave Única, and the legal representative must hold a valid residence visa.
