Company registration in Malta

A Maltese Ltd is registered by the Malta Business Registry through its BAROS portal, filed by the shareholders or a licensed corporate service provider, and can be registered in as little as 24 hours once the file is complete. Non-EU founders most often stall on due diligence: each needs a certified identity document and a recent character reference from a Maltese warrant holder.
